Egg albumin powder (salmonella negative) trypsin inhibitor and avidin dont know..HELP

Hi guyz,
Well not sure if its right section to post this. ..

Im Ovolacto vegetarian.
I just bought 50lbs Egg albumin powder.

Its written Desugared egg albumin powder 80% protein min.

Microbiological

Standard plate count : 5000 count (Max.)
Coliform count : < 0.3/g (Max.)
Enterobacteriaceae Count/g : 10/g (max)
E. Coli : Negative / g
Salmonella sps : Negative / 250 g
Staphylococcus aureus : Negative / g
(cogulase positive)
Yeast & mold : 10/g (max.)


Can I eat it raw ????? like in shakes , protein bar etc. ?????
Though Salmonella is negative in lab test but I dont know about AVIDIN-Biotin bond and Trypsin Inhibitor in it.

My question , If salmonella is negative..does that pasteurization process also breaks Avidin-biotin bond and inactivate trypsin inhibitor ??????

(70 degrees Celcius in hot room for 30 days.. ??? mentioned on the bag.)

Please help. I dont have any other protein source except whey/egg/soya to meet my 1.5gm /lbm. (dont want soya)
