Effectiveness of Ref-B

No, here is why: You should drink reforvit, never shoot it! It is dirty shit and it stings like hell. (I did it once) It tastes like shit so chase it with something. Loeffler sucks overall, their dbol is he only decent thing. hope this helps.

he is right...drink the ref-b. it is way too dirty to inject. but it is a good product and will give great gains.

i used it this cycle. its great shit. just use a slin syringfe with an 18 g (you can reuse the needle since its not for injecting) you can draw up .4 cc or however many you drink 4x ED or whatever and squirt it in your mouth. I recommend having some fluid (
juice) already in there and then drinking more after you swallow. Like a whore knows a blowjob, you get used to the taste after a while.

I used ref b one time. I put mine in gelcaps though. It gives some great gains. Took a while for me to notice but overall I am going to do another cycle. The only thing about the gelcaps, you must swallow them right away. Awesome stuff.

I cook my ref-b at 250 degrees for 15 minuets three times. I mix it with my FINA and shoot it all at once. Works like a dream and never ever had any infections!

Like the rest said, drink it! Drink it with grapefruit juice...great absorption effect with it. The gel caps idea works but they'll dissolve if not taken quickly enough.
