Are there any good supplements out there that combine all three ephedrine, caffine, and asprin or do you have to buy individually.

If you buy individually what are the effective does of each?

I'm bored so I'll field this...

There are too many products out there to list that combine all three ingredients - but the cheapest thing is to by all three separately and make your own stack. The dosing is also likely to be more reliable that way...

Effective dosage, three times daily at least two hours apart:
200mg Caffeine
25mg Ephedrine
325mg Aspirin (assuming you want to include aspirin, as there is debate over it's necessity....)
