ECA Stack questions. Female dosage.

So i'm starting an eca stack this week. I have 8 Mg tabs of ephedrine hcl (e) and 200Mg tabs of caffeine. I think i'm gonna leave the aspirin out. Anyway, i've read several different dosing levels online, but none consider size or sex.

135lb female 5'4. I had no reaction to 1e and .5c. So I was going to start with that dose for the first week.

When I wrote to the guy I got them from he said to do only 1e and 1c the times a day and only cycle for two Weeks at a time to give adrenal receptors a rest. But this advise differs greatly from anything you read online when googling '8mg ephedrine hcl dosing'.

To sum up, a lot of sites instruct you to slowly build up your tolerance to 3e and 1c multiple times a day, which would be consistent with what the ideal eca stack is (25mg ephedrine and 200Mg caffeine). Cycling off after 8-12 Weeks of use.

Can someone post dosage recommendations? I would sincerely appreciate it! Thanks everyone.

Hey when I did the ECA stack about 3 months ago I started at 195lbs with 12.5% bf. I took 25mg ephedrine (bronkaid), 200 mg caffeine, and 81mg baby aspirin three times a day for 6 weeks. I ended up losing ten pounds and retaining nearly all of my strength while barely reducing calories and only doing about an hour and a half of cardio a week on top of lifting 5x per week. The dosage worked well for me except when I took it preworkout. Nearly passed out one day while lifting legs. I cut the dose in half and continued to take it preworkout without any other problems. If I could make a recommendation to you since you are a much smaller female is to start at half of my dose for at least a few days and access how your body reacts to it. That would be 12.5mg ephedrine and 100mg caffeine three times per day. You can leave out the aspirin like you were intending. Slowly build up the dose, and be conscious of how much caffeine you are taking in from soda, coffee, energy drinks,preworkout, etc.
 
Don't drop the caffeine. A small person can handle 200mg just as easily as a large person. 200mg is the reccomended dose on the bottle and is completely safe. Start with 16mg ephedrin but bump to 25mg as soon as you feel like you know you feel ok on it. Then run that for 5 days before bumping to 2x per day. Then if you feel fine bump to 3x per day. Don't expect anything drastic in terms of results - An EC stack will speed your metabolism by about 3% and will supress appetite a bit as well. It's just one of those things that gives you a little bit more and when you add it to a dialed diet and cardio it's worth taking.
 
I did the following today:
2e 1c
1e .5c
1e .5c

I felt great...lots of energy and decreased appetite.

Should I increase it?

This belongs in my neck of the woods, in the womens forum. Not in the anabolic section.

But anyway...when taking a new supplement, especially a stimulant, it's a good idea to ease into it. If you've gone a few days at this dose and feel like you can handle more, slowly work your way up.

When I run this I took total daily: 3 e, 1.5 c
