eca stack for woman

Hi guys I have a question , I used to take ephedrine and I had great results on fat loss,but my energy was low, I will try now ECA for overall improvement as I think the caffeine will really help on the energy and fat loss end. performance too maybe in the gym, what could be a safe dosage for woman of each ingredient? thanks.

The best way to run the ECA stack would be to start slow with 8mg ephedrine, 100mg caffeine, and 80mg aspirin per day. From there on, one can slowly increase the dosages.

A great alternative to the ECA stack would be the combination of Cardarine (GW-501516) and N2Slin.

Cardarine is a PPAR modulator that enhances glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and stimulates fatty acid oxidation. Additionally, it will also increase your V02 Max, which will give increased endurance when performing exercises. This will allow the user to perform exercises, such as cardiovascular workouts, for longer periods of time at a higher pace, and with less effort.

N2Slin
is a product that is designed for insulin modulation and nutrient partitioning. This product will basically shuttle food into your muscle cells and keep it from being stored as fat. Both of these products are non-stimulants and non-hormonal, so the usual side effects seen with steroids and stimulants will not take place.
 
ECA is not the safest things to take to be completely honest.

As much as I love it, I dont recommend it to other people, as its a very strong stimulant.
 
caffeine does not help energy at all. it actually hurts it.. let me explain why

caffeine inhibits GABA in the body which helps you relax and fall asleep. if you have caffeine in your system you will not sleep soundly and hard. so that will hurt your energy the next day

also caffeine increases the heart rate, so it is fools gold. you might wake up while on it, but in the end it actually hurts your endurance in the gym
 
Don't bother with the aspirin at all. It has been proven to be useless in the stack. I have used the EC stack with success but have learned a lot from it. I do not recommend running the typical dose of 24mg E and 200mg C 3 times per day. That is just way too much. I have found that if you either use it before morning cardio or in the early afternoon to avoid overeating it can be very effective. I have found that a single dose or max 2 doses is much more effective that the heavy doses.
