ECA and heart problems!

I have been taking different forms of eca for years. I am pretty sure that I abused the hell out of it. Now my heart has been messing up all the time. I stopped taking the eca for a day, and now the conditions worsened. I couldn't finish my workout today because it scared the shit out of me. Has anyone had any experience in this? I know it is from the ephedra.

also on a separate note, I heard of good gains from stacking mag10 and 1ad. Is that a good idea, or should i try 1ad and nor andro spray?
p.s. i made an appointment with the doc for monday. I just wanted a bodybuillding view on the hole heart thing befor i have my visit. im going t o try and workout tommorrow, i hope none of those dam palputations happen.

whats the best thing to stach with 1AD?

I was wondering what is the best thing to stack...I was thinking of MAG10, or andro/norandro spray by madlean. any thoughts? or should i just take it by itself.
Im leaning towared the MAG10. I heard 4AD and 1AD is the shit. I have seen good gains with 1AD.

Dude 1ad and andro spray will make your heart worse....also you might be sensitive to caffeine too that causes palpations so my suggestion is lay off of everything and stick with creatine or something...I had something similar to that happen to me...

If i was you then i would definately stay away from the ECA's for a good while. Also, you may want to think about using CoQ10. I too have had heart problems from using ECA stacks. I think that the extreme physical exertion of wrestling combined with the ECAs didnt help. I really would go see a doctor if i was you. Your heart is something that shouldnt be fucked with.

I got off the ECAs and the heart problems slowly went away. It took a while, but i believe they are gone. What are your symptoms? When i had trouble with mine my heart would feel like it was in my throat, i would get dizzy, light headed, and sweat a whole lot. Also, i felt like i was out of breath and i would begin to breath heavy.

As for your PH questions. I have heard Mag10 and !-AD stacked together is good. I plan on using Androsol or Androspray with 1-AD over the summer. check out my post. It shows everything im gonna do.

yea man my heart seems like it is skipping or there is an extra beat. I stopped using eca and it worsened. Im going to see a doctor, so it should be taken care of i hope.

What is that product called again? Where could i getg it?
thanx

Hey guys. This is definitely something that should be taken seriously. ECA is a very diueretic supplement so it is draining alot of water out of you. Along with the water are potassium and magnesium. Sounds too simple but i have had a an experience with a heart palpitation. I was like wtf? i never had heart probs. I did some research and it never occured to me how important potassium and magnessium are. I started taking about 2-3 grams pottasioum and 1500 mg of magnessium in addition to my diet. The palpitations stoped in a matter of days. I dont know what your diets are like but if you doing a lot of exercise and or depleting glycogen very quickly you are losing a lot of electrolytes and the ECA being dieuretic in nature is defintely not helping. Try the pottasium and magnessium, it might be just what you need, but i would still go to the doc anyways.

He does have a point, caffiene is a diuretic. Electrolytes are caried out by the water whenthe kidneys filter your blood. Also, you might wanna take a GOOD quality calcium supplement, or drink lots of milk. Sodium and calcium are the electrolytes that are mainly responsible for the changing of membrane potential. The opening of sodium channels is what makes your heart muscle (or any other muscle) contract. However, it is the release of calcium that cause these "flood gates" to open.

If you get a calcium supplement, make sure it has Vitamin D in it, otherwise itll just come right back out.

the stuff im talkin about is called CoQ10. You can get it from like any health food store. Definately give it a try. i beleive it will help out. You can get 25mg, 60mg, or 100mg tabs, pills, or lozenges. I would probably get the 60 or 100mg.

Thanx guys, i understand how the sodium potasium pump works. The calcium is actually stored in your muscle in the SR (sarcoplasmic reticulum) when an action potential dives down T-tubes it releases calcium which results in muscle contraction. Calcium doesn't play a big role in the sodium potasium pump gates (even it is present as an ion). That is there to trigger an action potential, calcium is crutial in the actual muscle in the SR.

Im a kinesiology major, and we need to know everything, i mean almost everything about the human body. I just wanted to get some opinions on the heart palpatations.

hey, sorry if i was a little inaccurate. last time i studied the muscles was about 6 months ago so im kinda rusty. maybe when i start college up at LSU (Liquor State University) i will actually remeber evrything :)

sorry
