Sometimes it's inevitable that we eat out at restaurants and what not be it business, family occassions, dates or whatever.
Anyway I just thought it would be a good idea to list safe foods for different types of restaurants and eateries here.
What do you guys think?
For example what is good to order at an Indian or Italian? What's Safe at a Pizza Hut (or is it a total no go?)
I'll see if I can get the ball rolling.
If you're in an Indian Restaurant, the chances are most of the food, especially the curries are laden with fat from oil and cream.
However your best bet is to go for something like Tandoori Chicken or Tandoori King Prawns. These are marinated usually in spices, yughurt and a little bit of oil and grilled in an oven, i'm guessing a regular tandoori chicken has about 20g protein, < 5g carbs < 10g fat
If you're not on a keto diet, order a serving of plain basmati rice otherwise just have a salad.
