eating on day of comp???

Drink very little water: sips only (but don't cut out water completely). Take in as close to zero sodium as humanly possible. For breakfast have a normal meal like oatmeal and egg whites. Then, increase your carbs, maybe 50 grams every 1 1/2 hrs (potato- rice) all morning up to prejudging.
If you wake up at 6:00 a.m. and get onstage at 1:00 pm, that's 250 grams of complex carbs prior to pre-judging. Simple carbohydrates are ok prior to going onstage but dont get crazy.
 
Why all the complex carbs though?

I have a contest Monday (tomorrow).

I plan on waking up at 8am.
- Small breakfast w/ 2 tbsp Almond butter and oatmeal.
- Tuna meals every 2hrs until contest (10, 12, 2)
- Almond butter and Rice cakes inbetween tuna meals
- 3:30 (1hr b4 show) I plan on sipping on red wine until 4.
- 4-4:15 start my pump up routine and apply oil
- 4:25 pop back some sour peaches or jolly rauchers
- 4:30 Go and do my thing on stage

I am just trying NOT to become bloated... salt is not a concern for me. I am not THAT shredded. I cut my water 24hrs b4 the show...small sips... no diuretics either.

This is all trial and error type shit. I hope what I have planned out works well... who knows, I might end up looking like shit.
