I am on my fourth or fifth cycle and my appetite has been going up and down cause I am using trenbolone. I am doing 5 meals a day right now. Breakfast is eggs, cheese, spinach and bacon. My next few meals are cooked turkey or chicken with rice. And then my last meal is usually small steak with oats and fruit. Then post workout I have a shake, in total I am getting 300g of protein a day. Is this good enough?
