Eating 6 small meals a day

alright so basicly i have my work out down, plus cardio all set. now what i am looking for is to put together a list of acceptable foods that i can prepare for my 6 meals a day. i am really new to this meal plan so all input is valued. if any replies can be broken up into Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner and Snacks if there is any, that would be awesome. i understand this can turn into a huge thread given everyone's regiment is different, so if there is a website that breaks this 6 meals a day plan down that would be great too. will be checking back frequently because heading to the grocery store on friday and wanna start monday. thanks everyone. :biggrin:
 
make sure protein is solid food and high quality. no processed food like lunch meat or fast food. get supermarket chicken breast, whole eggs, milk, fish, steak, ect.

And the way you prepare the food is just as impostant as what it is *cough*FOREMAN GRILL*cough*

Think in terms of "a meal" for all 6 (as opposed to meals/snacks)

Water, water, water

What are you thinking of now for eating? We can add/take away from that....
