alright so basicly i have my work out down, plus cardio all set. now what i am looking for is to put together a list of acceptable foods that i can prepare for my 6 meals a day. i am really new to this meal plan so all input is valued. if any replies can be broken up into Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner and Snacks if there is any, that would be awesome. i understand this can turn into a huge thread given everyone's regiment is different, so if there is a website that breaks this 6 meals a day plan down that would be great too. will be checking back frequently because heading to the grocery store on friday and wanna start monday. thanks everyone.
