This just goes to show how very different things can work for different people. I won't do the same thing as Zero due to my slow metabolism, but it was a good read nevertheless.

im a firm beleiver that a person with a slow metabolism doesnt need nearly as much protien as someone who does. thats why i get most calories from carbs.
ive been trying to get even lower lately and i found out i need to actually pig out even more about every 2 days in order to keep progress going.
the reason being i find my self getting very hungry every 2 days or so. so ill just eat more carbs on those days. usually on the days that im hungrier i will have less energy to do all of my cardio.
