I have a really hard time believeing you downed a full jar of peant butter and you do 2 hours of cardio.....2 hours??????? Cmon.....
 
ahhh....my bad.....you break it up throughout the day......still would get so freakin' boring.......IMO

well like i said read or do something to get your mind off of it. yester day i did the excercise bike for and hour and a half and read my book. and jogged on the street at night. i only lifted weights for 15 minites full bodyworkout. 1 set for each muscle. some people choose to lift for an hour or two. i say thats a waste of time because your hardly burning any calories

You may want to have your bodyfat percentage taken hydrostatically now. I think it's impossible to judge bodyfat by appearance since everyone is different but you appear very low. When I was tested hydrostatically, I was much lower than I thought and decided to just lower my percentage by another .5% since it may cause health problems to go much lower. It's important to have the hydro weighing performed by a reputable center and not just a gym.
