eat a ton of carbs and do a ton of cardio=ripped

I must also add. that normally without cardio and EVEN with a clean diet im naturally somewhat a fat ass. i have shitty genetics for staying lean. I think alot of it has to do with my Polish genetics for making it hard for me to get lean.

and sinse its hard for me to get lean would make me to beleive i have a slow metabolism. i feel my body needs more carbs than anything to speed the metabolism and let the cardio burn the fat

ive never in my life maintained a decent leaness over a period of time until now. but in a few weeks i will take it up a notch and shred all pinchable fat.

Judging by the pictures you've posted over the year, you've always been pretty lean, in my opinion anyway. But, the most recent pics you put up, you are lookin the leanest you ever have. Keep it up.

i feel that im "lean" right now but not ripped yet. i want to be totally shredded. i havent seen very many people in my life in person that were totally shredded and ripped.

i hope i can take it to the next level and look like that. i remember a guy that used to go to my gym and even though he took juice he maintained a freaky shredded look year round. you could see clear seperation of the brachials triceps and biceps and every fore arm muscle withought even flexing. that is what im striving for. but i dont wanna drive my self crazy doing it. thats why im eating on a plan i can stick to

if your fatloss slows down or stops, do you think you'll up the cardio or eat a few less cals per day?

if it slows i will eat more calories and do slightly more intense cardio

no i think its my training and not genetics that are giving me results.

most people do like 3 sets a bodypart and 20 minites a day of cardio 3 times a week. i put in alot more time than most people
 
zero, great post by the way, i wonder how you feel energy wise on this diet. Is it hard to get yourself to do all this cardio, it would seem that you would always feel run down

sometimes its hard to crank out the intense cardio. somedays i feel more tired than others. when this is the case i just take longer breaks in between sets of cardio. for the rest of the day i feel great and energized
