i eat peanutbutter and icecream about everyday. not the sugar free kind either. but i also do 2 hours of cardio a day and about 15-30 minite long fullbodyworkouts. stats are 235 round 5-7 bodyfat at 6feet6. ive only been doing this diet for a few weeks. i fucked up this week but i kept pace witht the cardio so im mainly just full of water havent got really fatter. but the next few weeks i should be all shredded. i try not to eat carbs after 4. i try to only eat a little bit of peanutbutter. but if im craving sugar i will eat it. i dont keep track of protien. i dont get much of it because of all the fat and carbs i get in will be burned first before the protien is so my protien needs are lowhttp://www.picturetrail.com/biceps2suck

i think i have about 10-13 more pounds of fat to loose. i made the mistake of eating too little carbs for the amount of cardio i do. now i will keep them higher. i prefer to eat only high glycemic carbs like sugars because leptin is controlled by high insulin levels, so i try to keep levels high by eating high GI carbs. but mainly i eat sugary carbs because i hate healthy food lol i eat so much fat to help recover

yeah i know guys who live of carbs, they're practically eating about 60-80% carbs
pasta, noodles, rice etc and are ripped to shreds. Most of these guys are boxers/kickboxers though and we do tonnes of cardio work and some are just lucky and genetically gifted

looking good zero, have you ever tried to get bigger than 235? or is this the look for you? I wondering because would that be the same diet you`d follow if you bulked more?

Everyone is different, A high Carb diet might not work for the next person a low carb/high protein might be better suited, at any rate you look ripped bro. Good Work.
