hey all, i remember reading here a while back about a guy who would cook his chicken/ barley/brown rice in one big cooking event a week and then freeze his meals in already baged proportions. Anyone know what thread im talking about? i cant seem to find it. i know it involved chicken boulion, and throwing the brown rice in half way through the barley cooking phase, or visaversa. please help
