[FONT="]I leave early for work, 6.45 ish, and don't really eat breakfast, except sometimes fruit salad, an alpen breakfast bar or a fry up... but this is a bit random.

[FONT="]When I go to the gym its before work, and am just starting to take a protein shake in for after the work out, but are there any suggestions for a quick/easy breakfast that will do me some good?
