eager and ready for lean muscle building

Hey,

I just competed in the NPC Atlantic States in June in figure. I took 8 out of 20, which is not bad, but not great. I know my weaknesses and am ready improve. My goal is to put on some lean muscle especially, my back ( v-taper, hams, and glutes.) but overall muscle as well. I do have a figure coach, who is wonderful, who does my diet and training. My question is anabolics and when to start? For this past show, I did anavar-10mg. win every other day, Clenbuterol during dieting down, with a little bit of cyto. Now I want to put on some lean muscle. I have done gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - - growth hormone (somatropin) - prior, and loved it. I am open to suggestions and am ready and eager for input on a cycle. Thank you all. :rainbow:

my question why start anabolics after only one show? if your competing at the pro level- then yes. but NPC does not want their gal real muscular. if they even see a slight AS usage (jawline, overly cut) they will mark you down.

wait till your in the big league....IFBB!
 
I think it takes more than 1 cycle to get that look and I challenge you to find a ratio smaller than at least 50% of girls on the NPC figure or not who are natural.

What were your gains & what specifically was your cycle - how long and what dose of winstrol (I'm assuming tabs..?)

So now do you have time for a bulker? What is your off-season training plan? If you need to build mass, off-season is the time to do it and FOOD will be the best anabolic. You can cut or build on any anabolic androgenic steroids based on your diet - Anavar - oxandrolone - & Winstrol - stanozolol are the two traditional "women's drugs" and tend to be used for cutting - but like I said - if you are eating and training for mass, then any anabolic you use will support that.

How long do you have until your next show? What is your plan for that period of time? The 16 weeks of prep is pretty standard and you really can't expect to make any dramatic changes in your muscle mass during that time- you have maybe 2 of the 4 months to try to build and then you have to go into cutting phase.

Honestly I'd stick w/ the stuff you have run, you can include gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - in the stack to enhance the results, and then spend more time developing your diet & training to meet the goals you have for mass gain over the course of the time you have to work w/ it. Don't look it as just the immediate 12-16 weeks of contest prep.

I might suggest Primobolan - methenolone - but that's generally an injectable and it has many more androgenic sides than what you've experienced so its REALLY important to know what you are getting into w/ that. Further I woudlnt' recommend runnign something new while you are the last 12 weeks of prep if you have no idea how to run or how it will affect your body. I.e experiment off season when you aren't on a time schedule and can afford to see what happens.

Generally what you've used are the staples and you dont' need to get into exotic compounds to get results. These things are still just supplements to a targeted training program. The harder stuff really doesn't need to be used for figure - IMO if you are lacking in development of certain muscle groups then you need to focus your training on them and not pile in more drugs. ITs not a quicky process - you are trying to modify the shape of your body to meet the criteria of that federation's judging requirements specifically. Size is NOT one of the desired traits. Any of the heavier compounds will start to mass you up possibly in ways that you don't want so you are better off tweaking your diet & training for good gains int he right areas, keeping it lean and if you so choose, using the chemicals to keep those gains while staying lean. Most of the other stuff definitely has a mass aspect to it -- mass & thickness and bulkiness in general. In addition to the more androgenic sides such as lowered voice, hair falling out, acne, etc.

Also if you don't mind can you give a little of your training history? How long training? I don't mean to beat it to death but 1 show and stacking stuff - I want to understand what is your current muscle base and muscle maturity. Much of what you want to achieve can be done naturally w/ a diet targeted at building and some balls to the wall off season training to develop those muscle groups.

ok here it goes:

I actually did a few cycles prior to competing this year. but for this show i ran win depot 1cc on mon, wed. fri for 12weeks, anavar 10mg. and clen 2 tablets 2 on one off . I did decrease body fat and get much leaner but I didnt put on much size. I did take gh two years prior 1.5 -2 iu's a day for 5 on 2 off, prior to a show i was going to do but family issues came about. i am not competing until june of 08. I have been wo for a few years hard core prior not as intense. I am seeing my coach in two weeks to make up off season plan.
