This wednesday at 10:00PM ET...

Just thought you ladies might like a heads up. I'm curious how they will play it...the ads seem like it's another anti steroids documentary, but we shall see.

Oh maaaaan - I'm gonna' have to miss New Adventures of Old Christine!!! lol

Thanks for sharing - tuning in for sure! :)

random little LOL:

I did a google search for this show on my firefox (where I am not logged into EF) to see what others are saying about it and my post here was one of the top things to show up. But what was funny is - I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but if you are not logged in, all curse words are elimitated from posts (not sure why). Well apparently, that includes explicit language WITHIN words. So instead of "DoCUMentary" my post reads "Doentary."

wtf? lololol

Apparently, the other women in the documentary were pretty annoyed that they chose the fetish side of fbb for the trailer - and sent emails in about it. Glad I'm not alone on that one.

Unfortunately that is what sells. Everyone assumes that women who prefer to have builds that are muscular are "freaks". I even had a close friend (well she used to be) who was my training partner automatically assume I was into "rough and kinky" sex because I was into lifting and competing.

HUH?

Yeah I've actually run into a few guys that automatically think that way as well...

That drives me nuts as well but the fact of the matter is most FBB do it to make money as the sport gives them so very little with all of the diffrent division for females it takes an already small pie of prizes and sponsorships, cuts it even smaller to almost nothing.

It wasent as good as Supersize She w/ Joanna Thomas. The interviews w/ Becca Swanson & Brenda Smith were good, but the rest was dull. It didnt stay on-topic- female bodybuilding & went into figure prep, men obsessed w/muscular women & depression/suicide. The 16 yr old @ the Jr Cals was a joke! when I did that show it was mostly experienced figure competitors, now its more like HS & college girls...
