So i've had a few capilar BF% done and all of them have been all over the map. Where do i go to get dunked? Heard thats the most accurate way for a BF test~

gettin tested at UIC on Monday. How long does it approximately take? Should I bring my own swim trunks or do I go in naked. Someone want to give us a rundown of what goes on during a dunk?

How much do they charge at WSU do you know?

I go to University of Illinois at CHicago and its 30 bucks for students, 55 for nonstudents.

just remember... contest ready BBing condition BF measured with calipers... 5% or so... them being dunked... WAY higher... it measures all fat, everywhere (inside... around organs, ect.)...

So don't be disappointed if it's crazy high
