Dorian Yates no longer uses an underhand grip because he tore his bicep years ago. However, when he performs his rows he bends over at 70 degrees and using an over-hand grip he pulls the bar into the waist.

Yesterday was my back workout so i tried the bent over Yates using an underhand grip but i felt it uncomfortable.
So i have some doubts:
Can i use an overhand grip?
Can i use an E-Z bar using an underhand grip? I think it can be more comfortable and I'm quite sure MonStar1023 post something about it.

thanks for your help bros

I just do it overhand style and I also shrug and pull the shoulders back. I only lean forward at a 80-75 degree angle

I thought about using a EZ bar for a more comfy underhand grip, but I perfer a olympic bar since they're long and I can rack em to change plates.
