In my line of work I'm susceptible to random drug tests (urine samples) is it possible that a piss test can flag me up For taking injectable steroids or does a piss test only reveal If you've taken oral pills

If you are talking about normal employment random drug screening they don't normally check for roids.
If you are talking about a sports type Performance enhancing drug test then they can detect either one (injectables or orals)

Sound, however I get tested using the same kits the military use so it would seem to be a bit of a Grey area

Majority of employers use 5 or 10 panel drug tests for recreational drugs. Not steroids. It's expensive to test for steroids and steroids are a drug that doesn't really cause issues to employers, thus, they don't care about it. It's not on the radar.

This has been covered about 600 times, but unless you are employed by an athletic organization that tests for anabolics, you will probably not be tested for steroids. Cocaine, amphetamines, and opiates are what employers care about.
