Drol a lean bulk log

Anadrol is the strongest oral compound it has an extremely high androgenic effect which goes hand in hand with an extremely intense anabolic component, with a strict diet and I'll be taking a duretic to reduce water retention, I know Drol is liver toxic due to is 17 alphalkylated and can cause an increase in liver values.
I've taken Anadrol before many times having regular blood work done and I've never had a problem.

My goals on this cycle is to gain some more mass, & be as lean as I can be.
I'm planning on running Drol from Gentleman's Club (Their Drol is from GP top of the line)
@ 25 mg as a kick start for 3 weeks, (have 2 weeks left)
Test E 400 mg I will be running it along with Drol & then I'll be cruising on it.
From week 3-7 (300 mg of Tren/Masteron)
Clen ED 80 mg

Supps: Forged liver support from N2BM
Combustion from Orbit Nutrition
Gear
Whey to build muscle protein shakes
Powerchews Creatine 4 tabs ED

Current Stats: 5'7 210 lbs



I've been taking Drol for 5 days & have already noticed more vascularity, amazing pumps.


For my workouts I will be increasing 2-5 lbs a week to help with my strenght gains.
I will be posting my workout routine daily.

Today I took the day off.

thxs to all, progress pics coming soon, reason I chose drol cause drol is extremely high anabolic compound water is not a concern to me cause with the right diuretic and drinking a gallon of water will make my muscle look bulky hard and lean,

Zed we should do a dual logs, I will be posting my routine a bit later when I get off from the gym, but all I can tell ya is this drol from GP is fucking drol same as the Brasilian Hemogenin syntex I used to get back in the day.

Great workout today, took 1 cap of combustion AM & the 2nd 7 hours later, Holly crap !!
I was sweating more than a fat girl writing her first love letter,lol
Did my workout and wanted more,
I was Jacked & pumped that was an hour ago, and I'm still feeling it now....
I could barely type this, lol
 
any OTC water pill would do.


My Doctor prescribes me Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. Anytime I run high mgs of aromatizing drugs I double the dosage. It works like a charm, the problem is I urinate all day in night. Keep hydrated when taking water pills...

Children don't try this at home.

your right on pounding the knees when doing leg extensions, however long ago, I found that by not locking your knees and keeping a neutral position when doing legs extension works well, and relieves the stress to the knees, thus making it easy to continue high reps without injuries,

however, it's been a while I havent done front squads and launges will do them next week for sure,
maybe I'll give leg ext a break....
thxs and let me tell you that your right if you don't know how to do leg extentions goodbye knees.

aaah!! the amazing power shrugs this is a great exercise routine, I don't do that I feel better with a pair of 90 pounds dumbells control of the weight and muscle contractions is what has help me get my shrugs pumped up,

today I took off had to much work more than I could handle. I pinned tren 100mg masteron 100mg test e 400 mg all went smooth, I hate pinning my quads so I don't go there at all,

Every time I try butt pins I get a charly horse in my mid back. Its a bitch man. So I just hit quads and calves. Easy to hit, can see what Im doing, lots of space for jabbing diff locations, all good.
