Nice bro. Anyone who hasn't should definitely read that article there's some good information that you may want to try in your routine if you find your current ones not working. The reason why may be answered in that link!

actually i'm following the same biomechanics principles for chest and lats , decline bench press is my main chest exercise and close grip pull downs for my lats cuz they r my stubborn muscles they just refuse to go wider and there's a big difference between my upper and my mid back, as for legs i started to give up a bit on squat and try more leg presses and hack squats cuz u can play with different angles easily and tryin to concentrate more on my outer thigs (vastus lateralis).
as for vloume , intensity and frequency i'm kind of more convinced of his training now, i will be doing that routine more during the year.

yup yup definitely. i'm gonna try cutting back on the volume a bit. and my lats are stubborn to i can do a shit ton of weighted pull ups but they never grow lol the thing he said about arching your back at the end was interesting, and so was the decline bench press. It makes sense though.. you can normally decline bench press more than you can regular bench, and since your pec is the large muscle being used, if you can lift more you must be using your pectoral more?
