you need to learn to take dumps BEFORE going to the gym and piss too. it really helps feel lighter and better.

also if you are getting gassy you better figure out what is causing it, lots of whey proteins will cause gas.. need to find quality whey.. NTBM whey is the only stuff that doesn't give me gas. the ingredients are excellent.

or certain foods like dairy or even some veggies can cause gas.

I put i down to eggs for sure, 8 every morning and guranteed smelly farts... Haha

^^^ and i bet you are boiling those eggs.

get cage free eggs and cook them in a skillet.. not saying fry them.. you will see a difference.. in olive oil of course.

gotta up your game with the foods you are putting in your body.. if its giving you gas then something is wrong
