I feel the same way. Hey, it's a learning experience. I'm glad I learned it now and not 5 years from now. <----- some positive spin.

Im lucky i work at panera bread which is liek a big chain bakery/sandwich shop/cafe and everythign is made fresh daily with no sugar and no preservatives, they have sourdough rolls there that are 0 fat and 7g's protein. so at least i get some protein and no fat, makes a nice thing to put my breakfast on, 25g's carbs tho :/

One of the Safeway's in my town sell the Alvarado brand of breads. It's the only bread I've seen that requires refrigeration after you open the bag. I guess it goes to show there isn't a bunch of preservatives and other crap in it.

Hansel it's funny as I've never seen or heard anyone else use this bread. I also love the hamburger buns and they are lower in carb than normal ones on top of everything else. At the store they really don't cost all that much more than normal bread however you can't let it sit around very long as loses its freshness faster.

Well, how super bad is my WW bread? It does have HF Corn Syrup, but it also has 1g fat per 2 slices (non-saturated), 2g of sugar, and more protein than anything else.

Is this why I have a flabby midsection, or is this not really making that much difference?

Another grocery store sells WW bread from their bakery, no ingredient list. No preserves or anything, the bread is WHITE. Is this gonna be just as bad? The "good" WW bread costs $3/loaf, I can't afford that. I'm going broke buying Nat. PB instead of Jif to put on it!
