So I was wondering why you guys donate bold and when to do it while on cycle. Starting thinking about this after my second shitty day in the gym week 5 if cycle. Cramped up in my armpits and top of shoulders. Never have before and hope I just need to crush water.

the main reason i donate blood is because some asshole made a wrong turn and blasted into a car full of kids and that kid is sitting in the hospital waiting for blood to come available

the next reason is cause it is like changing the oil in your car.. you give the blood and your body creates fresh blood cells.

I recommend giving blood every 12 weeks when on cycle and every 16 weeks when off cycle
