does this sound alright for a 1-AD cycle

im going to be taking at least 2-3 bottles of 1-AD, first taking 1 pill 3 times a day for abou t a week, then 6 for the next few weeks, and will taper off towards the end and will probably let that be the max pills i take a day. i will also be taking saw palmetto just to be sure the hairloss isnt too bad, but my doses wont be at their highest that they can be so it might not be too bad. protein of course, cardio, and i dont think i will need it, but would yall recommend clomid or tribulus at the end of the cycle? thanks for the help and let me know if you think it can be modified.
 
just a few suggestions

where r you getting your 1-ad from?kilosports is selling 20grams(and you could make a trans out of it very cheaply) of 1-ad for 80 bucks(3 bottles of 1-ad only have 18grams)

massnutrition.com sells 1-ad very cheap

saw palmetto? why are you using this it has been shown time and again it is counterproductive to test levels,and i maybe wrong but where have you heaqrd of it being used to prevent hairloss?

clomid may be a good idea but trib is junk..you could also just get yourself some zma or buy just straight zinc gluconate and use that instead.
 
Week 1: 1 pill/3 times daily
Week 2-6: 2 pills/3 times daily
Week 7 & 8: 1 pill/3 times daily

If you can, definitely stay on for at least 6 weeks. I stayed on just 6 weeks last time I did that cycle and didn't keep much of what I gained. I feel that if you're going to bother with spending the money, then do it right and spend the time on the cycle. Those last 2 weeks of pyramiding down may definitely help you to keep the strength and mass you've gained.
Keep protein high. Train really hard. If you got tribulus, take that afterwards for a few weeks, at 750mg+/day for a few weeks. May very well contribute to keeping more of what you've gained. Clomid will do a better job than the Tribulus, no doubt. 100mg/day for the first week following. Then 50mg/day the next week and continue with that until you feel you're ready to stop. Shouldn't need anymore then 2 1/2 weeks or so I'm guessing though. It's just 1-AD we're dealing with here, not dbol!

thanks guys, i was planning on getting it from massnutrition.com because they have the best prices. the only reason i was going to take saw palmetto is that i read on this board that it clears up DHT molecules on your scalp, but then again this may have been bullshit. also, anywhere that sells saw palmetto describes it as helping with prostate trouble, enlarged, etc... and urinary problems, which some people have complained about when taking 1-AD. and did you lose any hair on your 8 week cycle?
 
That sounds about right. At the end of your cycle (I'm guessing about 8 weeks), and I am not trying to sound scary here cause you may not have any issues at all, but you may want to add some macca and vitex, and some L-tyrosine, and some acetyl-l-carnitine, and lots of Vitamin C, and ease up on the training until you feel you are back on track. The clomid is not a bad idea but may not be necessary if you taper like you said and do these other things. Couple of thought processes to keep in mind - you want to restore circadian rythms and normal LH pulses, dopamine levels are related to testosterone levels so you want to stimulate/protect dopamine, and energy reserves may be depleted even at the mitochondrial level and ALC will help there. I want to mention insulin, too because your gycogen uptake will be better on 1AD (you will notice great pumps), this enhanced insulin sensitivity will dissipate when coming off, so you may want to manage your carbs more carefully during that recovery period. You should be OK but these are just a few things to keep in mind when coming off that will help recovery. I am thinking of doing a write-up on the whole recovery topic if I ever get around to it. Obviously it is critical to the real success of the cycle to bounce back fairly quickly and retain some gains.

Sorry, I've said about all I can for now - I have no major secrets to offer I just thought it would be a good write-up to consolidate a lot of information - its going to take a little effort to do the write-up though, and right now I have a few too many other things going on. Plus I may want to do some more research. I outlined some of the areas I plan to address above ... I really don't need a deadline on this right now cause it is going to be a while yet, so I probably should not have mentioned it. Thanks for the interest, though.
