Does this make sense?

I've been eating and training well and hard for the last 10 weeks trying to get ripped down. I got down to about % bf

anyway saturday was cheat day but i was going out all day on sunday with friends and decided to cheat on sunday but all of a sudden saturday night i got a carb calling and reached to the box of cheerios and special K in the cupboard (my families doing not mine lol)

Anywa after finishing 3 big bowl fulls i felt awful with myself so sunday i just had MRPs all day when i was out and today i woke up and after my cardio and shower, i looked in the mirror and noticed i've never been so ripped!

Did having the carbs like that help? Is that a refeed?
Obviously i dont want excuses to over eat but I keep hearing about refeeds (though i dont pay too much attention cos im not on a CKD or Keto Diet)
