I see so many posts about how delicous this or that meal is/was. I myself don't care what it tastes like, I eat strictly for nutrition. This is not to say that good tasting food is not nutritious, I just don't care what it tastes like so long as it is healthy to me.

What do you think?

Taste and variety are important for me.

Maybe some people can eat tuna straight from the can and cucumber year round but i can't.

I can eat tasteless foods for some time but sooner or later i will want other things.
Even the favourite food can become horrible if i eat it day after day.

Tastes, colors, textures are part of the pleasure of eating.

The part of the health that i cover by doing this is mental health.

(But maybe i'm not hardcore enough) ;)

My quote says it all. I am not in to taste as much as how much it will build up my body, but I do like the tast of good food. I eat so much chicken and brccoli and spinach untill my shit has not been brown in weeks.

this poll sucks. Why is there 2 options for each answer.

Taste and variety for me. But sometimes I can choke down a protein bar...

A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips ;)

I've heard that one said a different way: 2 minutes in the mouth, 10 years on the hips! LOL

To answer the question, taste isnt a big deal. I like the taste of most bodybuilding foods which i eat year round. :D
