My friend keep insisting that HIT its the best type of workout although he switched a little bit. He train Monday(legs, back, biceps) Wednesday(chest, shoulder and triceps) Friday(legs,back and biceps)
Monday = 3 chest exercise(2 x till he reach 2 minutes)
3 shoulders exercise (2 x till he reach 2 minutes)
(The first 2 exercise are superset)
2 triceps exercise (2 x till he reach 2 minutes)
(The 2 triceps exercise are superset)

Note: if he reach 2 minutes that means he can add more weight
to the machine or bar

Wednesday = 3 leg exercise (2 x till he reach 2 minutes)
3 back exercise (2 x till he reach 2 minutes)
(All the 3 back exercises are superset)
2 biceps exercise (2 x till he reach 2 minutes)
(The 2 biceps exercise are superset)

Friday = the same as monday but next week would be the same
as wednesday.

I would write here the name of each exercise but I dont know the name of the exercises in english.
Each workout last 30-40minutes

My ? : What u guys think if I was on a heavy test cycle or medium test cycle training on HIT style? Would I have good results? Or should I stick to 2 muscle group per day, 3/4exercise per muscle group, 5x a week? THANKS

That is called SUPERSLOW method ...and if you do it you should only do 1-2 sets per muscle group ...or you will overtrain quickly!
