does anybody feel flate ona low carb(high pro and moderate fat) diet??I feel that my strengh goes up and gettin more ripped but my chest just seems more flat.....is it just me or what??

appreciat any comment....

Yes definately. I feel there`s a big difference when I have more carbs and how my muscles look and feel. fuller with more carbs.

It usually takes at least 6 weeks for your body to build up enough enzymes to burn fat as energy as opposed to carbs. If u are serious about low carb diets, Keep at it and you should find that your energy levels will increase but you'll have to keep your fat levels preferably higher than protein (max 25% carbs, about 40% protein the rest fat)

No shit you feel flat, you should with no glycogen - and therefore water and fullness - in your muscles. :)

Carb up a little bit and you'll feel much fuller. Always when you drop your carbs you will feel & look flat.

enery level is ok it's just mental.....that I feel smaller and more flat......will it get better or I need to carb up for that??

yes after week 3 on a ckd i couldnt stand it anymore, i felt flat, like shit, had to add in carbs. Im actually around 200 a day now and still losing weight.

I was low carbing and felt super flat. I upped my carbs to 185 gr a day and added r-ala. It worked wonders, Im buning fat faster now than ever, and I still feel semi full.
