do you never eat sugar?>

Not purposefully but sometimes its hidden in foods
During the week i prepare my own food and stuff but on weekends, when I have more free meals then there might be sugar lurking in and around (especially in ice cream hahaha)

Wait...there's SUGAR in ICE CREAM?

I feel so deceived.

*exclamer Subjective information..

I never eat sugar with the exception of dextrose with my creatine. You don't need it to survive. All carbs (except fiber) are turned into glucose anyways. I feel guilty just having it with creatine. Probily because I have orthorexia nervosa..

I also never crave it. I tastes like shit to me. I find it overpowering as far as taste is concerned and feel nauseated when I take my dextrose (1/3 cup.) Some studies have proven that if you drop a type of food for long enough you can lose your craving for it. I dropped sugar years ago. It took about 2 months of intense cold turkey to get the withdrawl and cravings to leave, but was worth it! They have not come back! Of course my body doesn't allow me to eat it even if my craving did come back. Sugar is simply not a option with me.

so hows your diet eliminate everything with sugar???
Avoiding all refined products.
