This is an old Chris Liebing song(late 90's). It is exactly the type of music people who bash it won't get it. On a great system and loud this song fucking rocks.
Chris Liebing - Dandu Groove - YouTube

i like this sorta groove, sounds a bit like diselboy (love soliders story great album)
as long as it's not testo or moby (i can imagine wootoom fist bumping to that shit lol) i usually dig most electro
old fugs like pick3 are still jerking off to 80s metallica or skid row, let them be (metallica rocks though i still blow the occasional load to hit the lights)

lol, yes I know. I dig all that music too, but change with the times as the music evolves too. One of my favorite DJ's is Loco-Dice, he actually started out as a hip hop guy (I never worked in the industry just liked it) like me, then he gave up all associations (He was working with ice-cube etc.. when they went to Germany) and went to techno. He became broke because not as many people liked it, now he is a mega star. Listen to his RA exchange free podcast if you have any downtime. He says his whole story, Chris Liebing's is on there too and has a great interview as well.

the scene almost requires drugs to keep the party going, not too many other genres play untill noon the next day.

The scene requires drugs because if you weren't rolling you'd realize that the music sucks. The same as with The Grateful Dead and pot.

meh, the metal scene requires beers and shitty liquor
the emo scene requires xannies or else you'd kill yourself
the folksy scene requires blow or else you'd fall asleep
etc
i haven't rolled in 10 plus years and i listen to electro pretty much daily always when i'm getting swole at the gym.
going to a show though admittingly would be hard not to roll, i'm just a shitty sober dancer and i get tired by 10pm i'd need the bump to keep swerving well into the AM

Yes, totally agree. No need to be on drugs to listen to the music, being there on drugs will enhance it... But good point about the alcohol and rock music!
