Bino is the only the person here not just living in the past culturally I guess.
Rock and Hip-Hop are pretty sad right now, the "gay" jokes were funnier when it was more true.
I am not a big fan of dubstep, but I have a friend who spins it and I have industry friends who dig it too. More of a west coast thing, but people listen to it all over including Ibiza even.
Techno: check out Chris Liebing, Loco dice, and Marco Carola.
My friend I throw my parties with may be on the verge of blowing up. Got some news yesterday and we were celebrating. Not going to say anything here where not enough people get though!

i've always been a fan of techno sorta shit (hate that term though makes me think of moby or that cheezy testo sorta sound)...back in the early 90s loved the industrial sound, front 242/early depeche mode was my shit, esp front...ever listen to them? sounds dated now, but it was good shit at one time...not into the scene perse, never lived in a area where a scene existed, but love the beats more of a drum and bass guy these days along with dubstep...not a fan of any particular dj, just whatever i dl

One of the members of depeche mode nows spins on Chris liebing's label! There is a free podcast that just came out man. (CLR)
Check out the CLR podcasts. Moby was a hardcore techno DJ back in the day, then he went commercial or whatever the hell you call his newer stuff.
Ever seen/heard Eda Ingberg?
Check her out asap robber baron..
Swedish chick that rips it.
