A week ago I shaved my head for the first time in myl ife and now I have a goatee along with my shaved head which gives me a kind of bad-ass look..

I dont mind it though;it is just a transitional phase till I may grow some more hair back..

he and his workout buddy have really loud workouts, but then if you watch what they are lifting... it is jack and shit for weight.

it is pretty amusing.
today he was doing squats on the Smith machine with 25lbs on either side - I'll assume he just had knee surgery or is retarded.

but on bench he screams and grunts a lot and doesn't every get over 185.

quite entertaining.
