Any of you guys that lift do you mix it up with your training and play other sports throughout the week? For example I decided to play racquet ball with a work buddy once a week to just get outside of the gym. Anybody else do this aswell?
I recently started swimming for my cardio. Traditional cardio gets boring really fast.
Most universities have swimming pools you can use for really cheap. Give it a try. It's a great full body workout...and you get to see a bunch of cute university girls in bikinis
