do you feel like this a day after an upper body workout.

a day after i work my upper body i'm hard as a rock and seem to retain a lot more water. increased appetite and dropped energy levels. can anyone relate to this or at least explain why?

I always seem to look more bloated after an upper body workout. Today i juts did cardio and I looked awesome if I do say so myself lol. Who knows its probably all about where the nutrients and such are being used that day. i wold like to hear some more informed replies tho
 
Yep....me too...

Right after a workout of course pumped as hell...2 hours later though I feel really flat and small...

But then late next day hard as a rock.
 
good to know that you guys feel the same way a day after.
anyone feel the increase in appetite and decreased energy levels?
 
can anybody explain phsyiologically what's causing these effects.
 
alot of the time i think its a mental problem, many people will say that u are consistantly big, AAS i think raises ur awareness about your physique and makes u become more self conscious......plus i seem to spend alot more time in front of a mirror....lol
 
UPPER body work outs put me in a good mood, feel refreshed and in a good mood and have higher energy levels for the rest of the day, enjoy seeing the pecs and bis and tris and traps pop out.

LOWER body work outs just make me sore and tired :( perhaps b/c my upper body is lagging behind my legs?
