Do you ever talk to yourself in public?

I get caught talking to myself a lot actually.
Stems from work I guess, working derricks I am by myself a lot, in noisy environments, 90 ft in the derrick, on the mudtanks. Use to get caught at work doing it all the time too.
Some of the bet conversations I have had lol.
If you do ever get caught, just act indignant and tell the person," can't you tell i am in the middle of a conversation? Quit interupting that is rude as hell!"
They probably won't talk to you again but hey most don't have much to say worth listening to anyway.

Only got caught once singing to myself. Hell I was 60 ft in the derrick all alone belting out a tune listening to my mp3 player.
Looked up and there is a friend of mine swinging from the tugger.
He just looked at me and said, "I didn't know you were in a band" with a big ole smirk. Thank god it was a friend of mine.

I have found that if you act completely normal when you get caught or finish the conversation, people get really uncomfortable. It is fun to play with their heads, though all too easy at times.

Ya. Everytime I lift I talk to myself a little bit very quietly. I talk to myself alot in my head, but of course nobody can hear that, can they?
