Yes. But it’s usually just spinach. For the potassium. I was getting serious cramps. Supplements didn’t help, drinking double the water didn’t help. I started to eat 1 cup of spinach daily. Cramps gone.
I also eat a fixed amount of oñions, jalapeños and avocado daily. These are my staples.
on days i am not fasting i try and eat veggies of course
but they gotta be organic or you are wasting your time. pesticides kill off a lot of the nutrition. and also how you prepare the veggies matters. lightly steam is the best way
do we get enough veggies in the USA? fuck no. many people eat none entirely
