Do you change your grip on deadlifts...?

I always thought it was a handedness issue, though I can see where Spatts is going with the left brain right brain idea.

Jeremys, now that you mention it, I think I've read that someplace, too.
 
Jeremy, I too have heard of that. Something like 40% muscule increase in the right arm led to a 35% increase in the left. I think the thing I read had biceps being trained. Not sure though.
 
If you use an over/under grip, you should definitely change it around.... not to say you need to change to a pronated or supinated grip, but at least swap hands.

It works the biceps and forearms unevenly, and today I was at a seminar where he said people generally pull harder with their stronger arm in that situation.... so for obvious reasons, it's benficial to change it up.
 
oh, and I'm a designer and have been the artist in the family for all my life.....but....also part programmer....I guess it's all just problem solving....
