Do you change your grip on deadlifts...?

I mix it up every set... but I definitely feel a lot more comfortable and stronger with a right under, left over.... Must be a mental thing

Here's an interesting survey....I wonder what occupations/strengths the left-over/right under people have, vs the right-overleft under. You know, creative vs analytical.

I'm right over, left under, and I'm an accountant.

I'm right over, left under. I've always been strong in the natural sciences. Plan on going into marine biology after college and grad school and such.

You might be onto something.

Well, maybe so. I spent 5 years in a med program, and the undergrad is genetics.

Ok, Left-overs...are you musicians or what?

left under, right over, and a social worker
I've always pulled this way but have even development on both sides of my body

this may be totally unrelated, but in the midddle of the night, this makes sense to me..

i saw a study that had people training only one side of their body, but the other side grew also. i'm not sure if it grew as much or not, i'd really have to look it up to see, but i'm too tires.

maybe could help people train around injureis? i duno
