Do you change your grip on deadlifts...?

I deadlift with one hand over hand one hand underhand on the bar. This is pretty much how everybody does it... but I was wondering..

I always have the same hand over hand and the same hand underhand when I grip. I don't know if this changes the development of the back muscles at all. Is this like favoring one side?

So today... after doing two sets I reversed my grip.

Do other people change grips or always do it the same? I've done the same grip all my life till now.

Every set I alternate. I do 5 sets, so whichever mixed grip I used for one training session, I start off using the opposite grip the next, so they get equally trained.

both hand, palm down...

I do move my grip more closer or further out as I do them... the further out I have my grip, it seems to work my lats more... and I like working my lats... :)

When it counts...left under and right over. I don't know anyone who can pull the same with a double over grip...

My grip is a lot stronger with left hand under and right hand over. Can't lift anything with both hands on an over hand grip.

I'm glad you asked that question because I've wondered whether I should switch up myself. FWIW, I'm a left under right over girl ... with the bar, that is.
