Should you cycle with calories during a clean bulk?
I'm currently on a clean bulk, eating around 2900 calories and approximately the same macronutrient breakdown each day. I know it's beneficial to 'shock the body' to increase metabolism on a cutter by increasing calories and carbs for one/two days per week, but what about on a clean bulk? What effect would it have if I shocked my body by dramatically decreasing/increasing my caloric intake for one day a week?
BTW, I'm an ecto, so I'm eating more carbs than most would on a clean bulk.
