Feeling worked today, did squats GM's, Bi's and calves yesterday then went swimming. Doing swimming afterwards feels good, not that good yet I just do 1 length freestyle then 1 length old granny breaststroke and alternate, worked my way up from having to stop for rests a few weeks back, now i can swim continuously =D
Just doing 30mins of abs tonight and that's it for today, drinking a protein shake whilst at work at my computer atm, strawberry flavour, had a grow bar 30mins back, I love their taste (lemon).
