A anglela22 New member May 5, 2018 #1 I was wondering if boxers do alot of weight lifting? They probably try not to get too bulky right?
stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator May 6, 2018 #3 they do a lot of situps, and other types of training.. but mostly a boxer wants to be good at yes i know its hard to believe "boxing!" you aren't going to be a great boxer by lifting weights all day. also boxers want to stay in their weight classes and having a lot of muscle won't do them any good, they have lean muscle
