I got kick-ass results off of my first DNP cycle which I completed exactly 11 days ago. I've been on Clen since, dieting, doing cardio, but I don't see much of a change since I finished that first DNP cycle. I just swallowed my first DNP capsule this morning kicking off my 2nd cycle. This time I'm going 600mg/day for days 1-3, and 400mg/day for days 4-7. I'm also going to do 30 minutes of AM-empty stomach cardio every morning, and try to do 30-40 minutes of maintainence lifting everyday. I'm eating Isometric at around 2000 cal/day. I lost 5 lbs of fat (read: no muscle loss) from my first cycle, so my goal is to lose 6-7 lbs from this one. I'll keep ya'll updated.
