DNP AND DIET (experienced users please)

Hi There,

Im getting mixed "messages" off the web/net/forums regarding diet while running dnp.

I would like clarify the whole "carbs" thing. People are saying increase carbs to 50% for best results and so on..... I am aware that carbs increase the heat sensation but from my understanding the heat "we feel" is not "fat being burnt off" or that dnp is working more efficiently... or is it?????

I guess Im asking has anyone run dnp more than once, with different dieting approaches which yeilded different results?

Logic tells me to keep protein very high carbs on the lower end and fat moderate to low. If the heat sensation is not a direct result of "burning the fat off" why put yourself through that discomfort (or should I say more discomfort of increasing your carbohydrates? or do people do this simply because "now they eat more carbs, even if its clean") ???

I will be running another cycle at 40protein / 20-30 carbs/20-30fats.... and still keeping my kcals at 10x body weight.

thanks

The heat is a result of the carbs you consume being burned, not the fat. I have only run DNP once for 15 days and I hated that shit more than anything... dieting is sooooooooooooooooooooo much easier its not even funny...

DNP is muscle sparing so you can go real low on calories... it basically renderes carbs unusable/unstorable so thats why people say hi-carb dieting...

Bro, seriously consider just doing a carb cycling diet - cutting about 500 cals a day and losing about a pound a week.

Hi I was reading your post and was just wondering what dnp is?

to the original poster

to be asking the questions you are about DNP is worrying you obviously dont know enough about this drug, you should already know what you should be eating while on dnp.seriously its a dangerous drug that can and does kill,id stay away and get your diet clean and do lots of cardio.

I also don't recommend taking DNP (Nasty Stuff). I took it along time ago when I was in shape and trying to drop the last 10-15 pds. After about 5 days I broke out in nasty hives all over including bumps all over my hands that were water filled. I went off it and recouped and tried again a month or so later and experienced the same thing.

I agree that with a proper diet and some hard work you can go without it but if you must, then I would choose going with some clen/eca stack or running a cutting cycle on the AAS pages.

Just IMO, Lips
