Hi There,
Im getting mixed "messages" off the web/net/forums regarding diet while running dnp.
I would like clarify the whole "carbs" thing. People are saying increase carbs to 50% for best results and so on..... I am aware that carbs increase the heat sensation but from my understanding the heat "we feel" is not "fat being burnt off" or that dnp is working more efficiently... or is it?????
I guess Im asking has anyone run dnp more than once, with different dieting approaches which yeilded different results?
Logic tells me to keep protein very high carbs on the lower end and fat moderate to low. If the heat sensation is not a direct result of "burning the fat off" why put yourself through that discomfort (or should I say more discomfort of increasing your carbohydrates? or do people do this simply because "now they eat more carbs, even if its clean") ???
I will be running another cycle at 40protein / 20-30 carbs/20-30fats.... and still keeping my kcals at 10x body weight.
thanks
