I have existing leg and knee issues as you can imagine
It's going to be like that for the rest of my life unfortunately but weight training is definitely my salvation
I'm looking to prevent muscle wasting and gain muscle mass. I'm also looking to strengthen my joints in the muscles around them that will definitely help with the pain so I can prevent having to use painkillers all the time
Would nutrobal mk677 at 25mgs a day be the best option? And how long do i use it?
I’m 33 years old and have been weight training since my injury
 
thats definitely one of the options you want and you would want to stay on it longer term... with 677, six months is the minimum i would go but a year is most ideal... a full sarms and peptides healing stack would be the most complete option for you but if you feel its too much, leave out the peptides and just go with the sarms part of it...

I would limit your use to ostarine mk2866 to start 25mgs and go slow.
