meh. . .it's just boiled pork. . .ground up. . .with some salt, pepper and corn meal. . .and made into a "cake" of sorts. . .it's not nearly as offensive as most people would make it out to be. . .it's san-fran-tatstic sliced and fried and then served with buckwheat pancakes and real maple syrup. . .yum. . .
