Im ashamed to not be 100% on this bc I live in jersey but is that basically all the crap leftover on the griddle at a diner? Never had the balls to try it but I guess if you eat the food the scrapple cant be toxic.

nah. . .it's just the stuff that's left on the bones after the butchering process. . .it's boiled off, ground up, add a little corn meal and some seasoning. . .viola. . .scrapple.
